    All Sales are Final on Jewelry & Accessories, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, Unless it was determined that the item(s) is damaged or defective.**** Please notify us IMMEDIATELY via e-mail within 24-48 hrs of receiving your package along with a photo of the damaged item. We will then issue you an (RA#) Return Authorization Number. Include that along with a copy of your invoice when returning the damaged item. Defective items must come in the original packaging. Any sign of wear or usage will result in termination of the return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping back to us and for any re-ship fees.
